I hope you’re ready! Our musicman, Toby, has readied a track for everyone on his soundcloud page! Toby has been cranking out high-quality sounds like nobody’s business, and we are not worthy to bask in his glory. If you don’t believe me, just check out his latest track here!
Here’s my current music project! It’s already been loads of fun composing for Dungeon Panic.
Ah! Finally getting painting again thanks to the Satellite Soda daily draw February challenge, here are some favourites so far.

Salvador Dalí Illustrates “Alice in Wonderland”
Alice in Wonderland was written by English author Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym of Lewis Carroll. It was first published in 1865 and has been illustrated by many different artists. The most famous artist to lend his talents was that of Salvador Dalí.
He completed a total of thirteen illustrations, one for each chapter of the book, and one original signed etching in 4 colors as the frontpiece. This edition was published by New York’s Maecenas Press-Random House in 1969 and distributed as their book of the month. The volume went on to become one of the most sought after Dalí suites of all time.
I did not know this.
Re-introducing Volt, Fahrenheit, and the Countess! I’ve been toying with the style, trying to strike a balance between what looks good and what meets the functional requirements of the game. There are still a lot of questions to be answered in terms of how the game will look, but we’re working our way through them each day.
Last week the prints arrived (they look great!) and this week I will be ordering the stickers, so expect those in the near future!

Looking forward to this dose of comics destruction

So this was my second Kickstarter project. The first one was created simply to make a set of books for my webcomic. That one did well, and I was quite happy with it. But the results of this one have rather stunned me! Over 800 people? That’s a lot of people! And what’s more, a good 2/5ths of the backing have come from within Kickstarter, so many backers were people who just heard about us! It’s real flattering to receive such a show of faith from people of all walks of life. It also goes to show what a different beast the game industry is compared to comics, and it’s really exciting to see. Webcomics are very much a part of this life, and I’ll always be doing them, but I’m really looking forward to joining the videogame world. And I’m looking forward to seeing what John and Severin and the rest of the team can do.
THANK YOU, EVERYBODY!
Of course, we’ll keep on posting here to let you all know how things go. Devkits have been ordered, diagrams drawn, and we’re ready to go full-time on this for the beginning of 2013! Onward!
